Subject: Outstanding Performance of Your RV Specialist

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding performance of your staff. We called Big Country RV and immediately spoke to a sales person about our intentions of trading up to a nicer fifth wheel RV. He inquired about what type of fifth wheel we would like to purchase. We informed him of the length & quaility restrictions and he suggested a Montana and a Hitchhiker. We then made an appointment with him to do a walk through of the RV's he suggested and the Hitchhiker Discovery immediately gained our interest.

We then informed him of what we were trading in and he immediately went into the Bluebook pricing to accomplish a mutual goal between ourselves and your sales managers. We negotiated for a while and we felt that he was cooperating with us 100% through the complete process.

We found a few things on the coach that required attention and he followed through with the service staff to make sure it was accomplished in a timely and thorough manner.

He continued to to call us to make sure we were still pleased with the transaction and we informed him that we definitely were.

I would like to state that your sales staff went above the call of duty on this sale and we will glady recommend him to other potential buyers.
